The former presidential advisor plans to write a tell-all expose' and he finds himself the target of death threats. Will plays a pollester. I don't know much about this movie, will's role is very minimal.
Takes a gritty look at the lives of runaways who survive on the streets of Los Angeles. The film is told through the recollections of a parolee to his prison psychologist. The movie cuts between his interviews and footage of him on the streets, where he tries to convince his friends and fellow runaways not to sink into a life of drugs and violence. The story's morals are fairly predictable, but the cast--including Kyle MacLachlan, Christian Slater, Sean Astin, Adam Baldwin, Will Smith, and Lara Flynn Boyle--is uniformly excellent. Will plays Manny.
A light comedy with a serious theme, Made in America begins with the realization of a black high-school student that something is wrong with the story of her birth. When confronted, her mother admits she used a sperm bank. The daughter seeks more information, and eventually discovers the father's identity: a boorish white car salesman. Like the off-screen tryst between Danson and Goldberg, mother and true father eventually fall in love. Will plays Tea Cake Walters.
The film adaptation of John Guare's stage play Six Degrees of Separation faithfully follows the play while opening up the setting to encompass the whole of New York. The movie is about a series of wealthy New Yorkers who are taken in by a con man (Will Smith) who convinces them he is the son of Sidney Poitier. Will plays Paul.
In this action comedy set in Miami, two undercover cops take on the drug lord who managed to steal $100 million in heroin from the basement of the police department. Marcus Burnett and Mike Lowrey, have a personal stake in finding the crooks as the heroine came from the biggest drug bust of their careers. But they have only 72 hours and very few clues as to who stole the stash. Their first suspect, a corrupt ex-cop, is immediately murdered, as is Max, an expensive call girl, and former lover of Mike. Julie sees Max getting killed by the ruthless French drug lord Fouchet, and goes to report the crime, but she will only speak to Mike. While Mike is busy with Julie, Marcus is compelled to begin impersonating Mike so they can solve the murder. To make it look more real, Marcus moves into Mike's luxury bachelor pad with Julie. Meanwhile, ladies' man Mike moves in with Mike's love-starved wife, and children. Mayhem ensues followed by an exciting car chase. This movie has cool explosions, cars and stunts. Will plays Mike Lowrey.
I don't even need to give a summary of this one, everybody has already seen it. It is the best movie I have seen in many years. The special effects are out of this world and the acting is good (a rare combination). Aliens from outerspace come to deatroy earth and a few brave surviors decide to "whop ET's ass". Will plays Captain Steve Hiller.
I summary isn't needed for this one either, everybody I know saw it. This was the second movie in a row the Will has been in that gained $250 million or more. There are many aliens already living on earth, but they look like normal people. There is an agency that keeps these aliens in check. Tommy Lee Jones the veteran recruits Will Smith to replace himself. This movie is packed with sweet ass weapons and special effects. For the second movie in a row Will saves the world. Will plays agent J.
