I don't know an awful lot of trivia about MeMePleX PriMe and I didn't get much more clever by visiting their website but check out yourself!

I was listening to Spirit of Eden when my school friends were listening to some terrible Glam-Rock bands. I'd grown up listening to Talk Talk's pop stuff - and when I began to start making music they were one of very few bands that really made sense to me: just the way their music is so stripped-back and raw - so much emphasis placed on 'sound' as opposed to melody. I was always intrigued by the things going on in the background - all those little miscellaneous sounds.
Mark Hollis's voice is like medicine to me - an amazing sound. Talk Talk were maybe the last of the 'interesting rhythm section' bands. I love the way that Hollis is not afraid to use his voice as an instrument - and as he's said himself - it's all about attitude. You just know that his intentions are right.
Nothing else comes close.
