ANNEX A SPECIMENS

Export permit issued if:

Applicant

    - proves legal acquisition.

Management authority satisfied that:

    - shipment conditions are satisfactory.
    - no commercial purposes. (App. II CITES)
    - import permit is obtained. (App. I CITES)
    - no other negative factors (following consult. scient. author).

Scientific authority says:

    - no harmful effects.

ANNEX B SPECIMENS

Export permit issued if:

Applicant

    - proves legal acquisition.

Management authority satisfied that:

    - shipment conditions are satisfactory.
     
     
     
     
     
     
     


Re-export

ANNEX A SPECIMENS

Re-export certificate issued if:

Applicant

    - proves legal import.

Management authority satisfied that:

    - shipment conditions are satisfactory.
    - no commercial purposes. (App. II CITES)
    - import permit is obtained. (App. I CITES)
    - no other negative factors (following consult. scient. author).

ANNEX B SPECIMENS

Re-export certificate issued if:

Applicant

    - proves legal import.

Management authority satisfied that:

    - shipment conditions are satisfactory.
 
 
 


Import

ANNEX A SPECIMENS

Import permit issued if:

Applicant

    - provides export permit

Management authority satisfied that:

    - non-commercial purposes.
    - no other negative factor (following consult. scient. author).

Scientific authority satisfied that:

       - not detrimental to conservation.
       - for science advancement.
    or - for breeding.
    or - research.
    or - education.
    or - non-detrimental purposes.
       - suitable accomodation.

Commision may establish restrictions if:

    - detrimental effect.
    - other negative factor.
    - ecological threat.

ANNEX B SPECIMENS

Import permit issued if:

Applicant

    - provides export permit.
    - proves suitable accomodation.

Management authority satisfied that:

    - no other negative factor (following consult. scient. author).

Scientific authority satisfied that:

    - not detrimental to conservation.

Commision may establish restrictions if:

    - detrimental effect.
    - other negative factors.
    - ecological threat.
 
 
 
 
 

Regulations for Export and Introduction are for export to and import from countries outside the European Union.

Annex B = do. if captive bred.
