GM WAIVER DRAFT
I was just reminded that I forgot about the Waiver-draft.
We will have a waiver draft just prior to the regular
season. For now you can read the rules discussion (and
the rules) on
the message board under rules discussions. I will post
the final rules on this even as soon as I have time for
it.
TRADING ALLOWED Trading is allowed now ... I have a sneaking
suspicion that things will start with a BANG today. Enjoy yourselves gentlemen
and woman : - )
RE-SIGNING YOUR PLAYERS You are now allowed
to re-sign your players in accordance with the rules we
agreed on last year. The guidelines can be found on
the rules page. If you have Excel you will also find a
spreadsheet that will help you calculate the new
contracts with Signing bonii and all that ... if anybody
cannot use this programme - send me an e-mail or look me
up at ICQ and I will help you through the re-signing
phase the best way I can.

Players who are not under contract does NOT count against
your 53 million dollar salary cap, however if you cannot
afford to sign a player he will remain a holdout (if 30
years or younger) or he will become an Unrestricted Free
Agent (31 years or older) if he is still unsigned at the
re-signing deadline (March 5th).
