After I arrive home I do some stretch excersises and then I hose down
the bike, my legs and shoes - it must be done both since my bike is
placed in my kitchen when I don't ride it. (I live in a roomy 1 bedroom
apartment and there is also a fancy road bike taking place up in the
bedroom). Check out the dirty details and the need to hose down the
bike should be clear, surely most of you are familiar with mud but I
guess

A little statistics
Ride duration: Aprox. 5½ hours. (Would have
been 4 without the camera)
Distance 70 km
(44 miles)
% Single track: 65-70% (estimate)
Ascends: 650 meters
(2130 feet)
Top speed: 55 km/t (34 mph)
Max pulse: 177 bpm
Bike riding in Denmark is very safe, along most roads there is bike
lanes and car drivers are used to bikes. In nature there are no real
posion snakes, no bears, no tigers tigers, no elephants, no real posion
insects with one exception and the most dangerous thing in the woods
would be horses being ridden by reckless people.
I hope you enjoyed my RR, if you made it this far I guess you did, and
should you have any comments or questions feel free to contact me: here.
