Joseph Noiret was one of the most active writers in Cobra. From 1944 he
studied litterature and philosophy, and in 1947 he joined the belgian-french
Le Surréalisme Révolutionaire.
In 1948 after a disapointing conference held by Le Surréalisme
Révolutionaire, he left the group and together with five others
he founded Cobra. During Cobra time Noiret wrote poems to the magazine
Cobra and published the flysheet Le Tout Petit Cobra four times.
