Born in 1927 in Brussels. The filmmaker Jean Raine was introduced to Cobra
by his friend Pierre Alechinsky. He contributed with articles to the Cobra
magazine about experimental films like the Cobra film La Mére Terrible.
Started post-Cobra to paint in a spontanious abstract and very expressive
style.
